Your Member Directory becomes a dynamic communications tool when you work with Country Club News Network. Once created, we update it at regular intervals and post the updates on the web site. When the time comes to accomplish the annual printing, the content is already up to date. We will consult with your staff on converting member database files and edit other copy provided by staff as e-mail or e-mail attachments. When you have selected a size and format -- wire-stitched, spiral-bound, loose-leaf -- we handle design, typesetting and graphics, including the editing of digital photographic images provided by you. We will incorporate stock art and photographs from our own graphics library where appropriate. We will create bid specifications and procure multiple production estimates for your review. Electronic proofs for staff review will be provided via e-mail and we will work directly with the printer of your choice to get it completed on time and on budget.
