of the newsletter, which is typically published nine times yearly. Much
of the newsletter content will be pulled from what has already been
published on the web site. We write the lead story and edit all copy
provided by staff as e-mail or e-mail attachments. We handle design,
typesetting and graphics, including the editing of digital photographic
images provided by you. We will incorporate stock art and photographs
from our own graphics library where appropriate. Electronic proofs for
staff review will be provided via e-mail and we will work with the
printer and mail house to get it completed and in the mail.
