The Revenue Component

Country Club News Network offers you the opportunity to create a revenue stream to support your entire communications program. If you elect this option, we will sell advertising space in your newsletter, Member Directory, on your web site and community television channel. All advertising is sold as annual contracts. Most clubs elect to limit newsletter advertising so only a few packages are available. In a country club setting, advertising can perform an "editorial" function because the businesses and services which are most likely to advertise are those whose product or service is of interest to your members: landscapers, pool services, home-watch services and real estate firms. All advertisers are included in a Business & Service Directory which is made available to members online and in the back of the Member Directory, much like the Yellow Pages. With this option, many clubs have generated enough revenue to completely pay for Country Club News Network services and may have money left over to apply to printing and postage costs. The club has the option to establish guidelines -- we would not typically sell advertising to restaurants in competition with your own food and beverage business. We handle all sales and billing and return to the club 85% of all collected revenues.
